What happened when she finally stopped doing everyone else's job.
I want to tell you about someone I worked with.
She was a Connector. Knew everyone. Had a client list that would make most business owners envious. Great at what she did.
But her business felt heavy. She was carrying all of it — the ideas, the operations, the follow-through. Everything went through her.
When I asked her what her biggest frustration was, she said:
"I feel like I'm the only one who can see the whole picture."
That's not a Connector problem. That's a missing Mover.
A Connector without a Mover has relationships and reach and trust — and no one to make things happen. So the Connector starts doing both jobs. And then burns out wondering what's wrong with them.
Nothing was wrong with her. She was just operating without a missing piece.
Once she saw that — really saw it — she stopped trying to fix herself and started asking a different question:
Who around me has Mover energy? And what would it look like to actually let them move things?
That shift changed her business.
