Leadership is not letting the world happen to you; leadership is getting in the driver's seat. No matter what your job is or who you are, you can lead - by the choices you make. You have to figure out what you want, you have to ask for it and you have to choose it.

- Choose that in your daily life.
- Ask questions around what’s required to have more of this.
- Invite people into your life who have the same values as you.

- "What's required to bring more of this into the world?"
- “What’s it going to take to have this?”
- “What would I like to choose with the money I create?”
- “What else is possible with this?”
